胶粘剂调配，使用前，胶粘剂必须用洁净的水,严格按照质量比胶：水=10:1进行配比，不得随意加水稀释，使用约160升塑料桶混合，利用搅拌器充分搅拌以确保粘结剂和水完全均匀混合，如果使用量小于整桶，须搅拌均匀再按照用量量取。

Use about 160 liter plastic bucket to mix, and use the mixer to fully mix to ensure that the adhesive and water are completely and evenly mixed. 调试纤维喷涂机，应严格按照泥杆 保定古筝 塑料增韧剂 拱形护坡模具 保定空调维修  托辊生产线设备操作说明调验喷涂主机风压、胶泵压力和给料装置，通过样板试喷、胶液流量和出棉量的测量，逐步调整风压范围和进料搅拌速度，直到纤维喷涂状态稳定，达到喷涂工艺的要求。保证胶粘剂保持雾化状态，喷枪嘴喷涂连续稳定。喷涂角度应确保在喷枪前20-30厘米距离处胶粘剂和纤维棉相遇。喷涂主机风压控制在20～30KPa，要保持稳定，喷涂胶粘剂泵的压力控制在1～2KPa，喷棉量宜为0.8㎏/min～1.25㎏/min，胶水混合液应保证与喷棉量保持一致，已达到良好的粘结效果。

The air pressure range and feeding and mixing speed shall be adjusted step by step through the sample test spraying, glue liquid flow and cotton output measurement until the fiber spraying state is stable and reaches the requirements of the spraying process. Ensure that the adhesive remains in atomization state and spray nozzle spray continuously and stably. The spraying angle shall ensure that the adhesive and fiber cotton meet at a distance of 20-30cm in front of the spray gun. The air pressure of spraying main machine shall be controlled at 20-30kpa, which shall be kept stable. The pressure of spraying adhesive pump shall be controlled at 1-2kpa, and the amount of cotton spraying shall be 0.8kg/min-1.25kg/min. The glue mixture shall be consistent with the amount of cotton spraying, which has achieved good bonding effect
