纤维喷涂技术是将经过预先特殊工艺处理的无机超细纤维、纤维素、抗火化合物以及粘接剂等原料,通过专用配套的喷涂设备混合,在施工现场喷涂于混凝土、钢板、石膏板等各种基体表面上,形成具有一定厚度的喷涂层。纤维喷涂材料除具有定的吸声能力外,还具有保温、绝热等功能,在以钢板作为基体时,还具有较好的阻尼作用,可以较明显地提高其隔声性能。

安装方法

Installation method

纤维喷涂材料的安装方法是将各种材料,如纤维材料、粘接剂等运到施工现场,然后使用配套的专用喷涂设备,将各种材料混合后喷涂到已经安装好的基体材料上,喷涂完成后再进行人工整形处理,使用压平工具,进行表面平整,确保厚度均匀,平面流畅。喷涂整形后,在完工后的干燥固化期间,应保持24h持续干燥,避免机械碰撞,72h后可进行其他装饰施工等。
