| 施工注意事项 Matters needing attention in construction 对喷涂后的保温吸声层，应提供通风、干燥环境，通常在平均温度25℃，相对湿度≤60%时，依据不同厚度干燥固化时间为24~72小时，此后可进行装饰等其他工序。 For the thermal insulation and sound absorption layer after spraying, ventilation and drying environment should be provided. Usually, when the average temperature is 25 C and the relative humidity is less than 60%, the drying and curing time is 24-72 hours according to different thickness. After that, other processes such as decoration can be carried out. 喷涂成品保护 PROTECTION OF SPRAYING PRODUCTS 喷涂前应安装各种管线、风道等设备吊挂件，避免喷涂完工后在基面钻孔、剔凿。 Before spraying, hangers of various pipelines, air ducts and other equipment should be installed to avoid drilling and chipping on the base after spraying. 喷涂成品在干燥固化期间，避免受到机械碰撞及雨水冲刷。 During the drying and solidification period, the finished product of spraying should be avoided from mechanical collision and rainwater erosion. 对于喷涂层局部因受到碰撞而造成破损时，应进行局部修补；对于经常处于容易受到机械碰撞的部位，可贴覆玻璃纤维布或其它防护材料，用以对纤维层表面进行保护。 Local repairs should be made when the sprayed coating is damaged due to collision. For those parts which are often vulnerable to mechanical collision, glass fiber cloth or other protective materials can be coated to protect the surface of the fiber layer. 保持喷涂区域环境清洁，避免灰尘飞扬，污染成品喷涂层表面。 Keep the spraying area clean, avoid dust flying, and pollute the surface of finished product spraying coating. 喷涂施工过程中，喷涂操作人员应按照国家劳动保护条例相关规定，佩带防尘口罩，高空操作人员应佩带安全带等防护用具。 During spraying construction, spraying operators should wear dust-proof masks and safety belts in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State Labor Protection Regulations. |
